About Jennifer Forster

With over 20 years in real estate and licensed since 2007, I’ve dedicated my career to delivering exceptional service and seamless experiences to all Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants. I have the privilege of working alongside one of the Managing Partners of our company, a true leader in the industry. I’m constantly learning and growing by taking on new opportunities and responsibilities, and I’m truly honored to learn from one of the very best.

While I support the leadership team, I also proudly serve my own clients, whether they’re buying their first home, upsizing, or downsizing. Helping people achieve their real estate dreams is not just my job, it’s my passion.

As Operations Manager for the brokerage, I wear many hats. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is mentoring and training new agents, helping them grow into confident, successful professionals. It’s a privilege to contribute to a company I truly believe in and be surrounded by such an inspiring group of people.

Outside of work, I am a huge animal lover! I find joy and peace spending time with my dog, whether we’re playing with toys, going for a long walk, or just cuddling up on the couch watching Netflix. That’s my favourite way to unwind. I’ve also been riding horses since I was a very young girl and truly appreciate the beauty of the animal and the sport. Horses have always brought balance and joy to my life, something I bring into every aspect of my work.
