About Ephy Bookbinder

Ephy was first drawn to the world of real estate in high school, when he did a co-op term with a Toronto brokerage. He spent hours browsing listings, dreaming of selling homes himself one day. Fast forward a few years, and he started working toward his real estate license, joining Property.ca as an assistant. Today, Ephy has realized the dream that co-op sparked: he is a licensed agent serving the entire GTA and specializing in Vaughan, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham and Downtown Toronto. Ephy is driven, enthusiastic and fun: working with him is always a memorable experience. He genuinely enjoys meeting new people and being the one to help them reach their real estate goals. His work ethic is often the first thing people notice about, and his natural sales skills and negotiating abilities are a close second. An entrepreneur to the core, Ephy has always had a business venture on the go, he uses his entrepreneurial mentality to help clients reach their property goals and find a place they’ll love, no matter how challenging the GTA market may be.
